Founded in 2012, New Life Transitions is a 501c(3) non-profit based in the heart of Portland, Oregon. We operate safe and sober living recovery homes that provide a structured path of recovery for men and women who are ready to make positive changes in their lives. We saw a desperate need in our community for a program that provides a structured living environment which teaches basic living skills, job skills and work ethics to help our residents become self-sufficient.
